Anybody can register, and will be able to post their scripts and / or code, but their posts will first be subject to administrative review before getting published. After a certain point, those trustworthy enough will see their membership upgraded will be able to publish their own scripts or code without administrative review.

A background in WordPress may be highly helpful, although it should not be too hard if there has been no experience with it.

One thing I should mention. If you register and don’t get an activation email, please contact me and I’ll manually activate your account. A lot of ISPs seem to filter out any emails that come from this site.
